The tedious monitoring or claiming of cash dividends, bonus issues and share certificates will be done by TYSL.

Such securities will be held in the name of our wholly owned subsidiary Trust Yields Nominee to facilitate transaction, although, the client remains the true owner.

Quarterly statements of account will be sent to clients. There is an annual charges payable on dividends received on behalf of the clients and the usual charges payable with respect to normal buy and sell transaction.
